It was yesterday when I was complaining that not many players are using the Market feature in Empires & Allies and they’re not selling Ore or other goods in my article about how to quickly see what neighbors are selling. Starting today, though, things should be a bit more simple as Zynga decided to allow players take the matter into their own hands by introducing the “Ask for item” option in Empires & Allies markets:
Clicking the button will open up a new pop-up in which you will be allowed to post a message to the neighbor you’re visiting, asking him or her to place the items that you need in the market.
Since this is not something automated (aka they can’t click “accept” and automatically place the items for sale), I doubt that it will change things drastically, but at least there’s an option and some hope for those who desperately need ore and other items to get their empires forward.
